sometime in sept/ Oct '90, he played strathclyde University, Glasgow. . acoustic, with sax and another gtr player, he was so bad, that every song sounded the same. he got heckled big time...poor johnny.
I was at the gig at the Strathclyde University Union on 1 May 1990. I was a student there at the time and it only cost £3. It was the best gig I ever went to! I remember he gave a dress to a girl who managed to guess the size of it right or something. Later that month, Debbie Harry played the Barrowlands.
